Overview

The JBC(3200)1.6 Self Propelled Concrete Mixer is a very easy to move and handy unit meant to be used on the spot where the concrete is required instantly. The machine is designed for stability and productivity and is compact, secured, and mobile. It even takes time out of the mixing process since it is all done in a single operation. The mixing and transportation are done on a very tough and robust 4×4 chassis which has articulated steering to enable even and easy operation over rugged areas with steep slopes. The vehicle’s heart is a 2900-liter drum with a double spiral screw design which makes it able to produce concrete in the amount of 1.6 to 1.8 cubic meters per batch. Power is supplied by a YCD4T22T-105 diesel engine of 105 hp that drives the complete machine smoothly through the hydraulic and the uses the full load of 3900 kg up to the maximum specified. The unit is equipped with a dedicated water supply system to keep the quality of concrete up to the required standards. It can serve beautifully the infrastructure of rural areas, road repair works, and construction sites where on-demand concrete production is necessary.

Key Features

Optimized Mixing Drum: The unit has a double cone drum with a geometric volume of 2900 Liters. Inside, there are a double spiral agitating screw and a convex bottom layout. The drum turns at the rate of 16 rev/min, which is sufficient for the mixing to be perfect and the quality for concrete to be 1.6–1.8 cubic meters per cycle.
Powertrain & Performance: The mixer is powered by a YCD4T22T-105 Diesel Engine that has a maximum power output of 78 kW (106 hp) and a torque of 330 Nm available at 2400 rpm. The drivetrain employs a torque converter gearbox along with wheel-side deceleration bridges with planetary gears which together facilitate the movement of the machine up to speeds of 23 km/h.
Off-Road Mobility: The machine is designed for the rough and uneven terrains and it is equipped with Full-time 4×4 Four-Wheel Drive and articulated steering. The state-of-the-art 20.5-16PR tires which are fitted to the machine can carry a total weight of 9600 kg and thus provide much needed traction and stability in muddy or unpaved areas.
