Overview

The JBC(4000)2.4 Self Propelled Concrete Mixer is a high-capacity mobile batching vehicle designed to cater the needs of the medium-to-large construction industry. It carries a heavy-weight of 6800 kg and has a maximum load ability of 5200 kg, thus ensuring a stable performance even in the most difficult circumstances.

The heart of the machine is a double cone drum with a volume of 3900 liters which can deliver 2.2 to 2.4 cubic meters of concrete in one batch. The machine is equipped with a YCD4T22T-105 diesel engine (78 kW) and has a unique rear axle with a ± 28° pivot which provides excellent traction and stability on rough terrain. The unit is driven by a 4×4 drive system and has an articulated steering which makes it possible for the JBC(4000)2.4 to get through narrow areas while maintaining the ability to deliver consistent concrete at the right spot.

• High-Efficiency Mixing Drum: The apparatus has a 3900-liter geometric volume beating drum with a double spiral screw and a convex bottom as its main component. 16 rev/min rotation leads to a uniform distribution of the mixture and a concrete output of 2.2–2.4 m³ for each batch.
• Heavy-Duty Powertrain: A mighty 78 kW (106 hp) Turbo Diesel Engine motor gives the machine 330 Nm of torque as its main power source. The transmission system incorporates a torque converter along with a heavily built special bridge and planetary reduction gears, and it is capable of carrying up to 12,500 kg maximum total weight.
• Enhanced Off-Road Stability: Rugged environment is the suitable application for the swing axle of the rear axle (± 28°) which is coupled with articulated steering and 4×4 four-wheel drive. Hefty 20.5-16PR tires have the ability to hold the machine up to 23 km/h speed thanks to their great traction.
• Precise Water & Hydraulic Management: A 24V “Self-suction” pump that has a quantitative controller metes out water in a very precise manner for a certain quality of concrete. The hydraulic system which has a capacity of 100L is made of aluminum and has a heat exchanger for cooling plus an externally accessible oil filter for easy operation.
• Operator Comfort & Safety: The enclosed cab offers top visibility due to a tilted front window and heating/cooling options. The safety equipment consists of air-over-hydraulic butterfly service brakes on all four wheels, plus a dedicated double parking brake system for extra safety.
