The T1440 Telescopic Handler is the ultimate material handling machine for the construction sites that need the most considerable lifting height. This incredible 13.5-meter maximum lifting height and a load capacity of 4,000 kg, thus, it can be termed as a mid-range loader that can easily replace a heavy crane.

The T1440 is powered by a powerful 92 kW Yunnei engine, and simultaneously it is also equipped with a precise hydrostatic transmission system (closed piston pump with walking motor). The T1440 is fitted with hydraulic front outriggers and a frame leveling system, which provides a stable platform for placing loads at great heights on uneven ground; whereas smaller machines do not provide this facility.

• High-Reach Capability

  The T1440, designed with height in mind, offers 13,500 mm of lift height and an 8,500 mm forward reach. This enables operators to accurately place heavy pallets (up to 4 tons) on the third or fourth floor of buildings.

• Superior Stability System

  Safety during lifting is the chief concern. The T1440 can be anchored by the hydraulic outriggers that can be extended to a maximum width of 3800 mm. Also, the ±9° frame leveling system allows the vehicle to tilt sidewise, thus, preserving the boom’s vertical position even if the wheels are on a slope.

• Powerful Hydrostatic Drive

  The machine’s power source is a Yunnei 92 kW Turbo Diesel engine coupled with a closed piston pump and walking motor. This hydrostatic configuration not only provides electronic gear control but also smooth power supply that is very crucial for accurate positioning of the load.

• Heavy-Duty Mobility

  The T1440 rides on an impressive large 3670 mm wheelbase with gigantic 17.5-25 tires and thus it has very high ground clearance (420 mm). However, it has also retained the flexible 3 modes of steering Front/Crab/4-Wheel to move around tight job sites although it is large.
