Product Overview

Our 6-10 Ton Compact Wheel Excavator Series, which is designed for the tight turns within the city and very demanding versatility of forestry, is a new definition of mobility. The fleet starts from the quick JH9065 (6.5T) and extends to the specialized JH9105 Log Grapple, these machines are meant to go straight to the job site—no trailer is necessary. They are driven by Yanmar and Yuchai engines, which are both efficient and offer a nice combination of speed (28 km/h) and hydraulic power for road repair, landscaping, and material handling.

• Road-Ready Mobility: The compact dimensions and road-friendly tires of these excavators allow them to move about in the city using roads and lanes for typical traffic and not cause any damage to the asphalt.

  • Standard Digging: JH9075/JH9080 models are equipped with 0.3-0.4m³ buckets for digging trenches and moving earth.

  • Forestry Specialist: The JH9105 comes with an attached wood grapple that can reach up to 7.9m, thus being perfect for timber handling.

• Cost-Effective Power: The machines use reliable engines (Yanmar 4TNV98 / Yuchai YC4DK100) to produce high torque at the cost of a low fuel requirement.

• Stability in Motion: The machines have front dozer blades and rear outriggers (stabilizers) to guarantee safety when lifting and digging.

Forestry Application (JH9105)

We provide the specialized JH9105 Wheel Excavator with Log Grapple for forestry, timber yards, and material handling operations. This machine is designed specifically for grab-and-load efficiency, unlike standard diggers.

The traditional bucket is replaced by the industry-best 360-degree hydraulic wood grapple, which can hold logs with diameter as small as 120mm or bunches with a diameter of up to 1300mm. Superior loading height of 8300mm allows the JH9105 to stack timber on high-sided trucks or stockpile yards with precision.

Key Advantages for Logging:

• High Reach Loading: A longer boom coupled with an 8.3m maximum loading height makes it possible to load much higher than any earthmover.

• Rapid Mobility: The 4×4 wheel chassis makes the machine able to move quickly between log piles and trucks at a speed of up to 30 km/h.

• Secure Grip: The grapple has a minimum opening of 120mm and a maximum of 1300mm, which guarantees a very tight grip on single logs as well as on big bundles.

• Stable Operation: The machine is fitted with rear hydraulic outriggers and a front dozer blade to secure the machine in position during high-reach lifts.
